Bo Rangers produced a dominant performance to secure a convincing 3-0 victory over FC Kallon at the Approved School Field, strengthening their hold at the top of the Leone Rock Premier League table.
Nicknamed the Elephants, Bo Rangers controlled the tempo of the match from the outset, combining attacking efficiency with defensive discipline to outclass their opponents.
The breakthrough came in the 20th minute when Desmond Thorpe found the back of the net against his former club, finishing off a well-weighted pass from Saidu Bah Kamara.
Bo Rangers doubled their advantage just before halftime through Abu Komeh, who calmly converted in the 41st minute after a well-crafted move orchestrated by Charles Mensah. The goal marked Komeh’s third in as many games since returning from injury, further underlining his importance to the team.
The hosts continued their dominance after the break, with Mohamadu Lamin sealing the victory in the 47th minute with a superb finish. His fifth goal of the campaign effectively ended any hopes of a comeback for FC Kallon.
Despite showing brief moments of intent in the second half, FC Kallon struggled to break down Bo Rangers’ well-organized defense, with their attacking efforts largely contained throughout the encounter.
The victory highlights Bo Rangers’ strong title credentials as they continue to combine attacking firepower with defensive solidity in their push for league glory.
Looking ahead to Match Week 24, Bo Rangers will host Bai Bureh Warriors at the Southern Arena, while FC Kallon will take on Freetown City FC at the Approved School Field.
