The details of the offense allege that the accused committed these acts on Wednesday, January 3, 2025, at Kissy Dockyard, Freetown, within the Western Area of Sierra Leone.
Specifically, the charges claim he collected a prohibited drug without lawful authority on the specified date and location.
The accused was also found in possession of 106 wraps of Kush without lawful authority.
Furthermore, it is alleged that the accused dealt in a prohibited drug without lawful authority on the same date and location, and sold a prohibited drug without lawful authority at the same location.
Prosecutor, Assistant Superintendent of Police Isatu Baba Musa, concluded her case after presenting two prosecution witnesses who testified against the accused.
Magistrate Fornah, after reviewing the evidence, determined that the prosecution had provided sufficient evidence to proceed to trial. Consequently, he committed the case to the High Court and denied bail for the accused.
