Cricket GM Earns TAFISA Leadership Certificate

The Cricket Sierra Leone General Manager, Chrispin Ekundayo George, has earned his TAFISA Certified Leadership Course (CLC) Level 1 certificate.
The four-day program, which took place from July 8th to 11th, 2026, at the OlympAfrica Centre in Freetown, provided training for over 40 sports administrators in leadership, governance, and strategic planning.
Following the certification, George expressed his dedication to utilizing these new skills to advance cricket development in Sierra Leone, specifically through the expansion of school and community cricket initiatives and a continued focus on transparency and good governance.
This achievement also qualifies him for the Level II certification, which focuses on advanced organizational transformation and strategic institutional development.
