Cricket Sierra Leone Rallies Freetown Ahead of Inaugural T20 League

Cricket Sierra Leone (CSL) launched a major promotional push on Saturday with a vibrant street rally across Freetown, drumming up public anticipation for the upcoming inaugural Bravely T20 Premier League 2026, set to commence on October 24.
The procession brought together participating athletes, CSL Board executives, supporters, media partners, and representatives from Kadat Group—the primary sponsor backing the tournament through its flagship Bravely brand.
Starting at the Kingtom Oval, the procession wound through key streets before culminating at Aberdeen’s Kallon Car Park for official addresses, photo sessions, and community engagement.
During the event, CSL Board Chairman Francis Trevor Samura and Vice Chairman Nelson Williams addressed attendees, emphasizing player welfare and urging unified action to elevate the sport’s domestic standard.
Kadat Group representatives echoed these sentiments, expressing confidence in the tournament's potential to showcase local talent and deliver high-caliber entertainment for cricket enthusiasts.
Parallel to promotional efforts, infrastructure upgrades are underway at Kingtom Oval, including extensive renovations to team dressing rooms to meet competition standards prior to opening day.
To broaden reach, the two-month tournament will feature comprehensive live-streaming coverage, enabling national and international audiences to follow the action in real time.
