CSL Vice Chairman Donates NLe 28,400 to Renovate Kingtom Oval Dressing Room

The newly elected Vice Chairman of Cricket Sierra Leone (CSL), David Nelson Williams, has donated NLe 28,400 towards the renovation of the dressing room at the Kingtom Oval.

The contribution will support the replacement of the existing steel windows in the dressing room with sliding windows, according to CSL Chairman Francis Trevor Samura.

Samura, who was recently re-elected as Chairman of Cricket Sierra Leone, welcomed the donation, describing it as timely as renovation work continues at the facility.

He thanked Williams for his contribution and support towards the development of cricket in Sierra Leone.

The donation comes as Cricket Sierra Leone prepares for the inaugural Bravely T20 Premier League 2026, with efforts underway to improve facilities and the general environment at the Kingtom Oval ahead of the competition.

Williams has also supported preparations for the new competition by donating laptop computers to Baimba Mustapha, the newly appointed Chairman of the Bravely T20 Premier League.

The contributions form part of ongoing efforts to improve cricket facilities and strengthen the administration of the sport ahead of the upcoming domestic competition.
