FynFace responds to Allegations of Drug Dealing: Cites Blackmail Attempt

Chris Cookson, widely known by his stage name Fynface, has vehemently denied accusations made by Street Kingpin Ratty, who alleged that Fynface attempted to hire him for an act of violence. Ratty claimed Fynface sought his services to retaliate against an individual who reportedly failed to pay the singer for a drug transaction.

According to Ratty's earlier statements, Fynface instructed him to "gather his boys" and assault the party involved in a drug deal, offering ten million Leones for the job. Ratty further claimed he refused the payment, asserting he has renounced violence and is now committed to protecting his associates, having recognized the dangers of a life as a "street thug."

In an exclusive statement to SKB, Fynface categorically refuted all of Ratty's claims. He highlighted his past involvement in school campaigns against drug abuse and asserted that the allegations stem from an individual using Ratty in a "blackmailing stunt." Fynface confirmed he has reported the matter to the police.

The artist has vowed to pursue the matter rigorously and expressed hope that the Sierra Leone police will consider Ratty a material witness, given his claims of direct contact with Fynface regarding the alleged hiring.
