Halis Angel Network Donates Educational Materials to Pujehun Primary Schools
In support of the government's Free Quality Education initiative, the Halis Angel Network donated essential learning materials to Holy Family RC Boys Primary School and Holy Rosary RC Girls Primary School in Pujehun Town on Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
Speaking to Radio Wanjei, Anthony Fortune of the Halis Angel Network explained that the donation aims to enhance the learning environment and alleviate resource shortages faced by local schools.
He emphasized that the initiative underscores the organization's ongoing commitment to advancing child development and education across Pujehun District.
Fortune noted that 40 pupils from both primary schools will benefit from the supplies, which include exercise books, pens, and pencils. Encouraging the beneficiaries to remain dedicated to their studies, he affirmed that the network will continue to support educational causes in the region.
Hawa Bay Swaray Jusu, Headmistress of Holy Family RC Boys Primary School, expressed deep gratitude to the Halis Angel Network, stating that the supplies will greatly assist both teachers and pupils.
She called on development partners, corporate organizations, and well-wishers to emulate this gesture by providing school uniforms and other critical supplies to schools throughout the district.
Expressing appreciation on behalf of his peers, James Penyikie, a pupil at Holy Family RC Boys, thanked the organization for its timely intervention.
