The Catholic Men’s Association (CMA) in the Diocese of Kenema has a new diocesan coordinator, following an official announcement by Most Rev. Henry Aruna, Bishop of the Diocese of Kenema.
In a statement addressed to all CMA members, Bishop Aruna announced the appointment of Mr. Peter Ensah of Holy Trinity Parish as the new CMA Diocesan Coordinator, succeeding Mr. George Musa, who has resigned from the position.
According to Bishop Aruna, Mr. Musa will continue to serve until the National CMA Convention in Bo, where he will lead the diocesan delegation. Mr. Ensah is expected to officially assume his leadership responsibilities at the conclusion of the convention on 27 October 2025.
Bishop Aruna expressed deep appreciation for the dedicated service and leadership of Mr. Musa during his tenure.
“I am very grateful for the wonderful work Mr. George Musa did for the CMA during his tenure; may God bless him abundantly,” the Bishop stated.
The Bishop warmly welcomed Mr. Ensah to his new role, describing the appointment as a continuation of faithful leadership within the diocese.
Mr. Peter Ensah is a devoted and committed Catholic, well known for his active involvement in parish life and community development. He is the immediate past Parish Chairman of Holy Trinity Parish, where he served diligently for two consecutive three-year terms. His leadership was characterized by teamwork, transformation, and a strong legacy of service that strengthened both the spiritual and administrative life of the parish.
In his message, Bishop Aruna extended his prayerful support and called on all CMA members to cooperate fully with the incoming coordinator.
“I welcome Mr. Ensah to this new responsibility and assure him of my prayerful support. I look forward to your cooperation and wish you all God’s blessings,” Bishop Aruna concluded.
The Catholic Men’s Association (CMA) continues to play a vital role in promoting spiritual growth and encouraging the active participation of men in the mission of the Church across parishes within the Diocese of Kenema.
