The Ma Dengn Association has officially launched the theme and dates for their annual beach festival. The launch took place at the Radisson Blu hotel on Saturday 7th October 2023.
Speaking at the launch, the Chairlady of Ma Dengn Association, Sinkare Sesay, stated that this year's event will pay homage to the authentic communal awujoh experience, whilst amplifying the contributions of oneness and sharing, to development.
She promised that the usual arena would be transformed into a poignant trade point of taste and smells, infused with and enhanced by musical and fashionable performances. She encouraged previous and potential partners to participate in the upcoming event, which is already scheduled for December 16 and 17, 2023.
Representing the Ministry of Tourism, Fatmata Samura commended the association on their longstanding ability to bridge generational gaps for the ultimate experience of Sierra Leonean hospitality.
She assured the association of the Ministry's strategic alignment with Ma Dengn to broaden their work and "effect" as an entertainment market leader, supported by the Ministry.
