Man Arrested Over Alleged Attempt to Dump Dead Body in Kissy Road

A man has reportedly been arrested after allegedly being found attempting to dispose of a dead body in the Kissy Road area of Freetown.
According to information circulating on social media, the suspect and another individual were allegedly attempting to dump the body when they were spotted by members of the public. The second individual reportedly escaped, while the suspect was apprehended.
The suspect allegedly told authorities during questioning that he and the other individual had been paid Le200 to dispose of the body.
However, details surrounding the death of the deceased, including the identity of the person who allegedly hired the two men, remain unclear.
Authorities are expected to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident to establish how the deceased died, how the body came into the suspects’ possession and whether other individuals were involved.
The incident has raised concern among residents, with investigations reportedly continuing.
