Mighty Blackpool secured their first points of the 2025/26 Leone Rock Premier League season with a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Wilberforce Strikers at the SLFA Academy this evening.

The decisive goal came from a critical error by the Strikers' defense, an own goal credited to Mohamed Kargbo, which proved to be the breakthrough that delivered all three points for Blackpool.
