Mogbwemo Queens FC delivered a commanding performance to secure a 4–0 victory over Vem Buck FC in the Marampa Mines Women’s Premier League 2025/2026 on Saturday, March 14th, 2026.
The visitors set the tone early, with Racheal Allieu (#9) opening the scoring in the 5th minute following a precise assist from Fatmata Turay (#21). Vem Buck struggled to find a response against a disciplined Mogbwemo defense, with frustration boiling over when Marie Thullah (#13) received a yellow card in the 34th minute.
Just before halftime, Mogbwemo Queens doubled their advantage as Sallay Jatta (#11) scored in the 45th minute, giving her team a comfortable 2–0 lead at the break.
The second half saw Mogbwemo continue their dominance. Fatmata Turay (#21) netted her first goal of the match in the 49th minute, assisted by Elisabeth Kpadonou (#14), to extend the lead to 3–0. The game grew physical, with yellow cards shown to Edith David Doe (#5) of Mogbwemo Queens in the 62nd minute, Maseray Little Sesay (#17) of Vem Buck in the 72nd, and Sallay Jatta (#11) again in the 83rd minute.
Mogbwemo Queens sealed the emphatic victory in stoppage time when Jeneba Koroma (#10) finished a well-crafted chance, assisted by Fatmata Turay (#21), making it 4–0.
Sallay Jatta (#11) was named Woman of the Match for her outstanding display, contributing a goal and driving her team’s midfield dominance throughout the encounter.
