Ports Authority forward Musa Noah Kamara has concluded the 2025/26 Leone Rock Premier League season without scoring a league goal, marking the first time in his professional career that he has failed to find the back of the net in a top-flight campaign.
Kamara, widely regarded as one of Sierra Leone’s most prolific strikers, made his Premier League debut with East End Lions during the 2018/19 season and immediately announced himself as a force to be reckoned with. He finished that campaign as the league’s leading scorer with 15 goals, earning his first Golden Boot award.
Since then, the experienced forward has continued to make his mark in Sierra Leonean football, winning the prestigious Golden Boot on three occasions. He recorded 15 goals for East End Lions in the 2018/19 season, netted 19 goals for Bo Rangers in the 2021/22 campaign, and scored 15 goals for Ports Authority during the 2023/24 season.
Although the 2025/26 season ended without a league goal for the Ports Authority attacker, Kamara’s contribution to Sierra Leone club football remains significant.
His consistency, goal-scoring ability, and individual accolades have cemented his reputation as one of the country’s finest forwards of the modern era.
While this campaign represents an unusual dip in form for the three-time Golden Boot winner, Kamara’s impressive career record and status as one of the league’s most feared finishers remain undisputed.
