Sierra Leone Head Coach Amidu Karim has named his squad for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifying matches against Ethiopia and Egypt.
The squad features a mix of experienced and up-and-coming players, with Assistant captain and star Osman Kakay leading the line. He is joined by fellow forwards Mohamed Buya Turay and Alhaji Kamara, as well as midfielders Alhassan Koroma and Alusine Koroma.
At the back, Karim has called up goalkeeper Mohamed Nbalie Kamara and defenders Osman Kakay, Abdul Jarju Kabia and Yusuf Sesay.
The Leone Stars will face Ethiopia in Morocco on November 15, before hosting Egypt in Liberia at the SKD Stadium on November 19.

The mettle of interim Coach has been tested in previous matches, with a win in one of them. A lot is left to be proven by this new Coach, significantly the rebranding and refocusing of the team in respect to winning matches and pivoting the rank of the team in world ranking.
