SLFA Launches FIFA Referee Training Course in Bo City

The Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) has commenced the FIFA Member Association (MA) Course for Referees and Instructors in Bo City. This training, taking place from June 16 to 25, 2025, gathers 30 top referees and 25 instructors.
International facilitators Evangelist Felix Onias Tangawarima (Zimbabwe) and Cherifi Nasreddine (Algeria) are leading the course, supported by local experts.
At the opening ceremony, Acting Referees Committee Chairman Dr. P.K. Muana lauded the program. A significant achievement was noted as all participating referees successfully completed the FIFA fitness test, a first for Sierra Leone.
The SLFA reiterates its dedication to improving officiating standards through professional development and international collaborations.
