Star Sport Academy delivered a commanding performance on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, securing a 3-1 win over Bullom Stars in a thrilling Match Week 23 encounter of the Leone Rock Premier League.
The match got off to a blistering start, with Star Sport Academy asserting their dominance early on. Within the opening nine minutes, a high-pressing strategy paid immediate dividends as Alpha Bedor Conteh broke the deadlock before turning provider moments later. His precise pass found striker Abubakarr Yillah, who calmly doubled the lead to give his side a strong early advantage.
Bullom Stars responded with determination and intensity, gradually finding their rhythm as the first half progressed. Their efforts paid off in the 36th minute when Facinet M. Sylla capitalized on a well-delivered corner kick from team captain Sulaiman Turay, reducing the deficit and reigniting hopes of a comeback.
