In a significant milestone for Mena Queens FC, Bintu Jalloh and Memunatu Bangura have been formally invited to the Sierra Leone Women's U-17 National Team training camp. Their selection follows a series of standout performances on the domestic circuit, reflecting the rigorous development and competitive excellence fostered within the club. This national recognition serves as a testament to their individual dedication and the community's commitment to advancing women's football.


Defensive standout Bintu Jalloh receives her second national call-up, a selection attributed to her technical consistency, tactical awareness, and leadership on the pitch. Joining her is attacking midfielder Memunatu Bangura, who has distinguished herself in the Marampa Mines Women's Premier League. Bangura's performance this season has been exemplary, highlighted by three Woman of the Match awards and two decisive assists.


Known for her technical proficiency and ability to navigate complex defensive structures, Bangura is widely regarded as one of the league's premier offensive prospects.
