U19 Women’s Cricket Team Arrives in Uganda Ahead of ICC T20 Africa Qualifiers

The Sierra Leone U19 Women’s Cricket delegation has safely arrived in Uganda ahead of the ICC U19 Women’s T20 World Cup Africa Division 2 Qualifiers, scheduled from 6th to 15th March 2026.

The delegation, comprising 14 players and 3 officials, is lodged at the Lake Victoria Granada Hotel in Entebbe. Sources indicate that the team is in high spirits and fully focused on preparations for the upcoming tournament.

The qualifiers present an important opportunity for the young Sierra Leonean cricketers to compete at the continental level and showcase their talent on the road to the ICC U19 Women’s T20 World Cup.
