World Intellectual Property Day 2026: Innovation, Heritage, and Athletics

The National Practice Field served as the venue for the World Intellectual Property Day 2026 celebrations, where various stakeholders convened for a distinguished and multifaceted event. The proceedings successfully showcased the intersection of innovation, physical culture, and national heritage.


The program featured an array of demonstrations, including athletic bodybuilding exhibitions and cultural performances. These displays underscored the significant talent and creative potential inherent within the nation, fostering a vibrant environment dedicated to intellectual and artistic achievement.


A central feature of the day was an exhibition football match between two selected teams. The event was officially inaugurated by the Minister of Sports and other high-ranking dignitaries. Following two ten-minute halves of highly competitive play, the match concluded in a tactical scoreless draw.


To determine a winner, the match proceeded to a penalty shootout, resulting in a 5–4 victory for Team B. Following the conclusion of the athletic events, formal trophies and certificates of participation were presented to acknowledge the contributions of all involved parties.


The celebration was lauded as a significant success, effectively unifying diverse groups to promote the importance of intellectual property rights and their essential role in fostering sustainable national development.
