Africa Young Voices Media Empire has today declared a mutual separation between them and Senior Journalist Samuel Wise Bangura, after the conclusion of an investigation into his recent conduct revolving around money laundering activities. Similar separation was also done with Cameraman Lawrence J. Light.
According to the release, based on recommendations by the investigation committee, they have concluded that the actions of the employees were in variance with company policy on Public engagement, coverage and production policy, governing such works.
The release concluded that the company and the employees mutually parted ways, lending some credence to circulating reports that Samuel Wise Bangura had resigned on sabbatical.
