Chernor Bah Named West Africa’s Best Information Minister

The Honourable Minister of Information and Civic Education, Mr. Chernor Bah, has been recognized as West Africa’s Best Minister of Information, receiving a Certificate of Honor from Afriqu Europe Magazine for his leadership in advancing public communication and civic education in Sierra Leone.

The award was presented by Lokombe Nkalulu, Editor-in-Chief of Afriqu Europe Magazine, and Abdoul Rahaman Bah, an investigative journalist. It underscores Minister Bah’s outstanding contribution to promoting transparency, ensuring open access to information, and strengthening communication between the government and the public.

The selection, conducted by the Africa Diaspora Journalists Network, praised Minister Bah for his commitment to civic awareness and his role in building public trust in government information systems.
