Correctional Service Director General Donates to Kenema Summer School

Joseph J. Senesie, Director General of the Sierra Leone Correctional Service, made a donation of NLe 2,000 to the Kenema District Students Union National (KenDSU) Free Quality Summer School on Friday, August 29, 2025. 


This act of generosity came during a period of personal bereavement for Mr. Senesie, to whom we extend our deepest condolences.


The contribution aims to bolster the Summer School initiative, which is recognized for delivering impactful and effective lessons to pupils. Mr. Senesie's gesture underscores a strong commitment to student unionism and the advancement of quality education within the district.


The KenDSU Executive expressed profound gratitude for the timely support. They urged other individuals and institutions to follow this inspiring example, emphasizing that all contributions, regardless of size, are vital to the success of the Free Quality Summer School Program.
