Driver Charged with Murder, Denied Bail at Pademba Road Court

Mohamed Condeh, a 27-year-old driver, made his first appearance before Magistrate Mustapha Braima Jah at Pademba Road Court No. 1, charged with murder.

The charge, brought under Section 1 of the Offense Against the Person Act 1861, as amended by Section 1(a) of the Abolition of the Death Penalty Act 2021 (Act No. 6 of 2022), relates to the alleged killing of Gibrilla Sankoh on Sunday, 4th January 2026, at the Chief Compound off Wilkinson Road in the Western Area of Freetown.
