Hon. Nyuma Supports ETU-SL Students’ Canteen Project with Painting Materials

The Eastern Technical University of Sierra Leone (ETU-SL) Students’ Canteen Project has received a major boost after Honourable Matthew Nyuma, Leader of Government Business, donated essential painting materials to support the next phase of the construction work.
The materials were collected on 13 July 2026 from Samson Hammond Building Materials Company on Blama Road and will be used as the project advances into its painting stage.
The donation forms part of Honourable Nyuma’s continued support towards education, student welfare, and infrastructure development at ETU-SL.
The Students’ Union Government (SUG), led by President Mariame Baimba Keita, expressed appreciation for the gesture, describing the support as a significant contribution towards providing students with a modern and conducive canteen facility.
The SUG also acknowledged Samson Hammond Building Materials Company for facilitating the successful collection and delivery of the donated materials.
The ETU-SL Students’ Canteen Project continues to make steady progress through the support of partners, stakeholders, and well-wishers, bringing the facility closer to completion and improving welfare conditions for students.
