The Judiciary of Sierra Leone has officially commenced construction on its first dedicated healthcare facility for judicial personnel, marking a significant advancement in staff welfare.
Groundbreaking for this modern clinic, located at the Main Law Courts Building in Freetown, was led by Chief Justice His Lordship Justice Komba Kamanda.
This collaborative project is supported by the Ministry of Health, represented by Deputy Minister Prof. Charles Senesie, and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
The facility will be equipped with consultation and treatment rooms, pharmacy storage, a staff rest area, and essential utilities. It will be staffed by qualified nursing personnel to provide comprehensive care for judiciary employees.
