Juma Bah Chooses OGC Nice for Loan Move Amidst High Interest

The Manchester City defender is set for a loan move after a verbal agreement was reached. This comes after significant interest from multiple clubs vying for his signature.

Olympique Lyon was a strong contender alongside Nice, but Bah ultimately chose the latter. Other clubs reportedly in the race included FC Köln, Leeds United, and Paris FC, all considering a loan move for the Sierra Leonean defender. Southampton and FC Lyon 1893 were also reported to be interested in a season-long loan.

Fabrizio Romano, known for his transfer news reveals confirmed on X the move, stating that, "Juma Bah to OGC Nice, here we go!" 

Sources in England indicate that Pep Guardiola has deemed Bah not ready for the first team, making another loan spell inevitable. The player recently fuelled speculation by posting a picture at the Etihad Stadium on Instagram, suggesting a medical and unveiling were imminent.
