Kamboi Eagles FC has formally appointed Ishmael Kallon, often referred to as 'Coach Mikel,' as Head Coach for the remainder of the current season.

This appointment follows the decision to dismiss former Head Coach Alfred Oga Pius, alongside Assistant Coaches Ansumana Kallon and Eric Lungay, a measure taken in response to the team's unsatisfactory performance in the ongoing Leone Rock Premier League.

Management has authorized Kallon to select his supporting backroom staff. Furthermore, he has been offered a two-year contractual extension, conditional upon the successful maintenance of the club's status in the top flight.

Kallon's immediate priority is his debut fixture against Old Edwardians FC in Freetown. His first home match will be played at the Kenema City Field against the current league leaders, Star Sport Academy FC.

This transition signals a new phase for Kamboi Eagles as the club endeavors to stabilize performance and enhance its standing in the league table. The organization anticipates that Coach Kallon will introduce stability and secure favorable results throughout the concluding matches.
