Both teams demonstrated strong determination from the outset. Kamboi Eagles broke the deadlock in the twentieth minute with a goal from striker Abubakar Sidibay. Just two minutes into stoppage time before the interval, Bockarie Saffa doubled the Eagles' lead, ensuring a comfortable margin heading into the second half.


The second half became more competitive as the visitors pressed aggressively for a goal. Despite strong resistance from the Eagles' goalkeeper, Wusum Stars managed to secure a consolation goal in the 90+2 minute, scored by Mohamed Sesay (Jersey #26).


Abubakar Sidibay delivered an outstanding performance in the first half, contributing a goal and an assist, which earned him the Man of the Match award.


This victory marks the Eagles' second consecutive win at home. With this result, Kamboi Eagles now hold thirty-four (34) points, positioning them comfortably above the relegation zone in the league table.
