The programme covers key areas such as team management roles and responsibilities, stakeholder and risk management, budget planning, tournament operations, and governance frameworks, all considered essential to modern football administration.
Speaking ahead of his trip, Bangura expressed appreciation for the opportunity, noting that the training will enhance his understanding of his role and improve his contribution to the Leone Stars setup.
He also extended gratitude to the Sierra Leone Football Association for supporting his participation, stating that the experience is expected to contribute to the ongoing professionalization of football management in Sierra Leone.
