A joint patrol led by the National Communications Authority (NATCA) on Thursday, October 22, 2026, visited Tiloma Village to assess activities at an operational site reportedly occupied by an unidentified foreign company operating under the name Moa Agricultural Institute.

The patrol comprised personnel from the Sierra Leone Police (SLP), the Republic of Sierra Leone Armed Forces (RSLAF), the Office of National Security (ONS) and NATCA.

The team visited the site to examine the activities taking place and establish the facts surrounding the company’s operations in the village.

However, the company’s identity, the nature of its operations and the specific reasons for the joint patrol have not yet been independently confirmed.

Further details on the patrol’s findings and any subsequent action by the relevant authorities are awaited.
