NPRA Director General to Speak at Africa Energy Week in Lagos

The Director General of the National Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NPRA), Brima Baluwa Koroma, has been invited to speak at the 2025 Expo Africa Energy Week, scheduled to take place from 27th to 28th October 2025 in Lagos, Nigeria.

Themed “Africa Oil & Gas Market and Regional Regulatory Integration,” the event brings together key stakeholders across the continent to discuss emerging trends, industry challenges, and collaborative solutions in the energy sector.

At the conference, Baluwa Koroma is expected to share global insights into the downstream sector, including emerging industry issues and solutions. He will also provide an overview of Sierra Leone’s downstream regulatory framework and make a compelling call for Africa’s regional regulatory integration.

The invitation underscores NPRA’s growing influence in shaping energy policy discussions on the continent and highlights Sierra Leone’s commitment to advancing best practices in the oil and gas sector.
