Edwina Jamiru Labels Winners Chapel a Satanic Church

Edwina Hawa Jamiru, the woman who recently won a court case confirming Justice Momoh Jah Stevens as the biological father of her child, has taken to social media to accuse Winners Chapel International Church, Sierra Leone, of preventing her from sharing her testimony during a Sunday service.

In a video posted online on October 26, 2025, Jamiru expressed anger and disappointment over the church’s decision, claiming that pastors stopped her from giving her testimony about her legal victory. She alleged that the church was “supporting Momoh Jah Stevens” and described its pastors as “evil doers” who “did not want God’s name to be glorified.”

Jamiru’s social media post read in part:

“This is the foolish church I attended, and they stopped me from giving testimony because they are serving Satan and supporting Momoh Jah Stevens. They didn’t want me to win the case, but I won the case. God gave me victory. Shame to this church. All the pastors in this church are evil doers.”

The court ruling, delivered on October 24, 2025, confirmed Justice Stevens as the father of Jamiru’s child and ordered him to begin providing financial support starting December 2025. Jamiru said she had planned to share her testimony in church to thank God for the outcome.

As of the time of this report, Winners Chapel International Church has not issued an official response to the allegations.

The incident has sparked discussion on social media, with many calling for respect of religious institutions.
