SLFA Electoral Committee Submits 2025 Election Report to Executive Committee

The Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) Electoral Committee, chaired by Mohamed Koi Bainda Esq., on Monday, 22 December 2025, formally handed over its report on the SLFA Electoral Process conducted on 2 August 2025 to the Executive Committee of the Association.

Speaking during the handover ceremony, Mr. Bainda congratulated the newly elected Executive Committee on their victory and called on them to promote unity within the football community, stressing that collaboration and inclusiveness are essential to the growth and development of football in Sierra Leone.

He noted that the Electoral Committee carried out its mandate in strict compliance with the SLFA Statutes and FIFA regulations, ensuring a transparent, credible, and peaceful electoral process.

In his response, SLFA President Mr. Babadi Kamara commended the Electoral Committee for its professionalism and dedication throughout the electoral exercise. He expressed appreciation for the transparent manner in which the elections were conducted and encouraged members of the committee to maintain the same level of professionalism until the completion of their tenure.

The handover of the report officially marks the conclusion of the 2025 SLFA Electoral Process and underscores the Association’s commitment to good governance and accountability in football administration.
