SLP Kenema Division Launches Extensive Campaign Against Drug Abuse

Amid escalating national concerns regarding the proliferation of Kush and other illicit narcotics, the Community Relations Department (CRD) of the Kenema Division has launched a significant public awareness campaign. 

The operation, led by Sub-Inspector Brima James Musa, Head of Media and Community Relations, specifically targeted public areas to educate residents on the dangers of harmful substances, particularly Kush and Tramadol.

The core message delivered by the police underscored the critical need for residents to share credible, actionable intelligence with law enforcement agencies. 

Furthermore, the police reaffirmed their commitment to the rigorous prosecution of individuals involved in the importation and distribution of these dangerous substances, with a specific emphasis on Kush. 

The Kenema Division strongly urges all citizens to proactively report any information pertaining to drug-related activities.
