Star Sport Academy Set for CAF Champions League Debut

Star Sport Academy (SSA) has officially accepted an invitation from the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) to represent the nation in the 2026/27 CAF Champions League.
The opportunity comes after league champions Bo Rangers FC declined to participate in the continental tournament.
In a formal statement, SSA management congratulated Bo Rangers on their Premier League title and thanked the SLFA for their confidence in the academy.
With internal consultations complete, the club is now fully focused on preparations to ensure a high-impact campaign on Africa’s biggest stage.
