A prominent Sierra Leonean TikTok creator, identified as “Spider Man alias Noel” and reportedly boasting over 120,000 followers, is allegedly linked to a theft incident in Mayenkineh, as reported in a widely circulated social media video.

Online accounts indicate the alleged burglary occurred at a private residence in Mayenkineh while the occupant was asleep.

The victim claims that an iPad connected to a charging power bank, a bag containing approximately NLe 7,500 in cash, and other personal items were present in the room.

The victim reportedly awoke after detecting unusual movement within the premises. Upon investigating, the victim observed an individual, raised an alarm, and the suspect subsequently fled the location.

The victim later discovered that the bag containing the cash had been removed from the room and placed in the living area of the house.

It is further alleged that the suspect returned to the property a second time, reportedly attempting to retrieve the bag of money. The victim's account states that they concealed themselves in a darkened section of the living area and confronted the suspect upon re-entry.

The victim managed to apprehend and restrain the suspect after a second attempted escape, with the ensuing noise alerting other residents.

During this confrontation, the suspect reportedly revealed the location of a hidden stolen phone outside the residence, which was subsequently recovered by a local resident.

Footage circulating online shows the individual being questioned by residents and appealing for leniency during the widely shared event. The footage also presents a conflicting statement from the suspect, who allegedly claimed the item taken was a phone rather than an iPad.

The incident has generated considerable public discussion on social media, primarily owing to the suspect’s high profile as a content creator.

As of the time of reporting, official statements from law enforcement have not been released, and the current information relies solely on eyewitness accounts and circulating video evidence.
