Court documents indicate that on May 27, 2025, the accused allegedly conspired with unidentified individuals to commit theft at the LEOCEM Cement factory, located on Bett Street.
It is further alleged that on the same date and at the same location, the accused illicitly entered the factory’s lubricant storage facility and purloined 208 liters of CLP Oil, 180 liters of EP2 Oil, and 208 liters of 15W40 oil. The total value of the stolen property, belonging to LEOCEM Cement, is estimated at 62,798 Leones.
