Two Women Arrested for Possession of Suspected Kush in Kenema

In a well-coordinated operation on Kabineh Street, Kenema City, police have arrested two women, Fatmata Kanneh and Fatmata Sannoh, for possession of suspected kush.

The operation was led by the Local Unit Commander of the Kenema Division, CSP Bob Musa Mansaray, following credible intelligence. Officers seized a significant quantity of the illegal substance during the swift intervention, marking another breakthrough in the city’s ongoing fight against drug distribution.

This arrest is part of a series of recent operations in Kenema aimed at dismantling networks involved in the trafficking and sale of narcotics.

CSP Mansaray reiterated the division’s commitment to combating drug-related crime, stating that proactive operations will continue until the distribution and consumption of illicit substances in the city are significantly reduced.
