Wilberforce Strikers Secure League Survival; Luawa FC Relegated

In a high-stakes Match Week 34 fixture at the SLFA Academy on Thursday, July 16, the Wilberforce Strikers narrowly defeated Luawa FC 1-0, effectively securing their spot in the Leone Rock Premier League while condemning Luawa FC to relegation.

Kargbo’s unselfish pass to Mohamed Tarawallie set up the game's only goal, a clinical tap-in that would ultimately determine the outcome of the match.

While Luawa FC controlled the majority of possession throughout the second half and applied significant pressure on the Wilberforce backline, they were unable to convert their dominance into a goal.
