Abu Diaby and AC Oulu Part Ways: Midfielder Seeks New Opportunities

AC Oulu, a top-flight club in Finland, and Abu Dumbuya (Diaby) have mutually agreed to a contract termination, effective immediately.

Dumbuya is now a free agent.

Abu Bakarr Dumbuya, widely known as Abu Diaby, is recognized as one of the country's premier holding midfielders, having earned multiple caps with the national team, Leone Stars.

Diaby has consistently performed for both the national team and his former club, AC Oulu, in Finland. AC Oulu initially signed the Sierra Leonean midfielder on a one-year contract for an undisclosed fee.

The player has been a crucial asset to the club. He has consented to the contract termination to pursue a new challenge for the upcoming 2025/2026 season.
