In a surprising turn of events within the local judiciary, Italian businessman Alfio Siracusa has publicly declared his total exclusion from the ongoing Magistrate Court proceedings initiated by his own legal complaints. Siracusa, the primary complainant in a high-profile case involving a failed gold investment, stated he was neither informed of nor participated in the recent sessions.
The revelation came exclusively via Epic Radio, of Siracusa expressed bewilderment at being sidelined from the legal process.
Despite being the individual who alleged a loss of approximately US$260,000 in a gold deal involving Admire Bio Jalloh and Dausy Jalloh, the businessman maintained he had no knowledge of the current court schedule or developments until after they occurred.
These statements coincide with the Magistrate Court's decision to grant Admire Bio Jalloh bail set at US$500,000.
The court has reportedly imposed strict conditions on the bail, including significant restrictions on the defendant's use of social media platforms while the litigation remains active.
The core of the dispute dates back to Siracusa’s allegations that he invested over a quarter of a million dollars for gold that was never delivered, nor were his funds ever reimbursed. The exclusion of the central victim from the resulting court sessions raises critical questions regarding the administration of the case.
As the case continues before the Magistrate Court, no final determination has been reached.
Legal experts remind the public that Admire Bio Jalloh maintains the presumption of innocence until a court of law proves otherwise.
