APC Constituency Elections Concluded Peacefully in Kenema Division

The All People’s Congress (APC) constituency lower-level elections across the Kenema Division concluded without major security incidents, according to official reports.

Police personnel maintained a continuous, visible presence at all designated polling centers to ensure the electoral process remained orderly, credible, and peaceful. 

The operation was overseen by Local Unit Commander CSP Emmanuel Kpulun, who provided ongoing security assessments, supervision, and coordination across the division to facilitate prompt responses to any emerging issues.

Authorities reported that polling activities progressed smoothly throughout the day. In the aftermath of the elections, the security situation across the Kenema Division and the wider Eastern Region remained calm. 

The Sierra Leone Police confirmed that they successfully safeguarded lives, property, and the integrity of the electoral process throughout the duration of the event.
