Clinetonians Football Club recently conducted a high-level courtesy visit to the Minister of Information, Hon. Chernor Bah, to strengthen community ties and explore strategic partnerships. Led by Chairman Mr. Sorie Conteh, the delegation presented the Minister with a customized portrait and the club’s official jersey as tokens of appreciation for his enduring commitment to the Cline Town (Kanikay) community.

During the meeting, Chairman Conteh addressed the club’s current operational challenges, specifically the lack of corporate sponsorship despite Cline Town’s status as a key economic hub. 

The executive team formally requested the Minister’s assistance in leveraging his influence to bridge the gap between local enterprises and the football club, fostering mutually beneficial corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Hon. Chernor Bah welcomed the delegation with enthusiasm, commending the club’s role in community development. He reaffirmed his support and advised the executive to finalize formal partnership proposals, pledging his guidance in securing sustainable sponsorship within the fiscal year. 

The delegation included key officials such as the Financial Secretary, Auditor, and Media Lead, all of whom emphasized the meeting's productivity as a milestone for the club’s professional growth.
