Exco-Officials: No Relegation for Premier League Teams Amidst Football Restructuring

A high-level delegation from the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA), led by Vice President 1 Alie Badara Tarawally and other executive officials, is currently engaging football stakeholders in the Kenema Region.

In a significant announcement, Vice President 1 Alie Badara Tarawally officially confirmed that there will be no relegation for either the male or female Premier League teams this year.

Tarawally justified the decision by stating, "How can we relegate clubs without promotion? The past administration mismanaged our football, which truly damaged our football system." He further noted that no organized Division One competition was played across the country last season.

Consequently, all clubs that were previously relegated will be reinstated into their respective leagues.
