First Lady Launches “Ebema Gbi” Ideology in Pujehun District

First Lady Fatima Bio has officially launched the “Ebema Gbi” ideology in Gendema Township, Pujehun District, where she was welcomed by a large gathering of supporters.
The First Lady described the initiative as a platform focused on grassroots mobilisation, community empowerment, and the promotion of self-reliance among women and young people.
She said the ideology is aimed at equipping communities, particularly women and youth, with opportunities and the right mindset to contribute to national development.
Fatima Bio also used the occasion to highlight what she described as key achievements of the administration of President Julius Maada Bio, including the Free Quality Education programme, initiatives aimed at protecting girls, and investments in human capital development.
According to her, the government continues to prioritise community development and social investment across the country.
She further assured residents of Pujehun District of government’s continued commitment to consolidating ongoing development efforts.
The event attracted a large crowd of supporters who gathered to welcome the First Lady and participate in the launch ceremony.
The launch of the “Ebema Gbi” ideology forms part of a broader community mobilisation initiative championed by the First Lady, focusing on empowerment, grassroots engagement, and development advocacy.
