Karene Football Stakeholders to Discuss Way Forward for District Football

The Karene District Football Association (KarDFA) is set to convene registered football clubs for a stakeholders’ meeting on Saturday, September 19, 2026, to discuss the current state and future direction of football in the district.
The meeting is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. at Kamakwie City Plaza and will bring together representatives of registered football clubs and the elected leadership of KarDFA.
According to a notice issued by the Association on September 14, the discussions will focus on developments affecting football at both the national and district levels, as well as the way forward for football development in Karene.
The meeting is expected to provide registered clubs with an opportunity to raise concerns, make recommendations and contribute to discussions on issues affecting the organisation and development of football in the district.
Members of the KarDFA executive, including the Chairman, Vice-Chairperson and District Secretary, are expected to participate in the engagement.
The Association has called on all registered clubs to attend and actively contribute to the discussions as stakeholders seek to strengthen the administration and development of football in Karene District.
