Kossoh Tong have been officially declared champions of the 2025/2026 FAMSO Gento Trophy after a high-stakes encounter against Fisheries reached a dramatic and controversial conclusion.
The championship match was marked by significant tension when a disputed equalizer led to a disruption in play. Following an extensive review of the match official's report, the Western Area Football Association (WAFA) confirmed the final standing, formally awarding the title to Kossoh Tong.
