The Sierra Leone senior national football team, the Leone Stars, has formally initiated its campaign for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) with an intensive training regimen at the SLFA Football Academy in Kingtom.

Immediately following the official qualification draw held in Rabat, Morocco, the technical team swiftly convened the squad to begin preparations.
