Malen Chiefdom Welcomes PC-Elect Maada Joe Kebbie in Grand Homecoming

The people of Malen Chiefdom in Pujehun District have welcomed their Paramount Chief-elect, Maada Joe Kebbie, during a homecoming ceremony held in the chiefdom.

The Paramount Chief-elect was received by residents and supporters from Bendu Malen before proceeding to the chiefdom headquarters in Sahn Town, where community members gathered to celebrate his return and election.

Speaking on the significance of the homecoming in an interview with Sarah Kallay Blog, Campaign Chairman for PC-elect Maada Joe Kebbie, Mr Soko Tarawalie, described the occasion as an important moment for the people of Malen Chiefdom to welcome their newly elected Paramount Chief and celebrate the confidence they have placed in his leadership.

Mr Tarawalie expressed appreciation to the people of the chiefdom for their support and called on all sections of Malen Chiefdom to unite behind the Paramount Chief-elect as he prepares to assume his responsibilities.

He emphasised the importance of peace, unity, development and cooperation among residents, noting that collective support would be essential to advancing the interests and development of Malen Chiefdom.

The homecoming formed part of activities marking the return of the Paramount Chief-elect to his chiefdom and provided an opportunity for campaign leadership and community members to share their expectations for his leadership.

Mr Tarawalie said the campaign leadership remains committed to promoting unity and supporting the new Paramount Chief as he prepares to lead Malen Chiefdom.
