Mogbwemo Queens Lead Table as Goal Records Surge in Women’s Premier League Week 14

Mogbwemo Queens have maintained their dominance at the top of the Marampa Mines Women’s Premier League, sitting first on the table with 39 points after 14 matches in the 2025/2026 season.


Closely trailing are defending champions Ram Kamara Female FC, who occupy second place with 36 points, setting up a tight race for the title as the season progresses.


Other top-performing sides include FC Kallon Female in third, Kahunla Queens in fourth, and Sierra Leone Police Female in fifth position.


The league has recorded a total of 297 goals scored by 82 different players across 82 matches, reflecting a highly competitive and attacking campaign.


Two players from Ram Kamara Female FC are leading the goal-scoring chart, with Mariama Sambu netting 22 goals, closely followed by her teammate Salamatu Kamara with 21 goals. Ruth M. Bawoh of Kahunla Queens sits third with 15 goals.


In terms of creativity, 89 players have combined to register 218 assists so far this season. Fatoumata Yaya Samoura of Ram Kamara Female FC leads the assist chart with 19, followed by Fatmata Turay of Mogbwemo Queens with 13. Both Mariama Sambu and Nancy Kourouma have contributed 9 assists each.


Mariama Sambu and Fatoumata Yaya Samoura have also recorded the highest goal contributions in the league, with Sambu involved in 31 goals (22 goals, 9 assists) and Samoura contributing 29 (10 goals, 19 assists).


Ram Kamara Female FC boast the league’s most potent attack with 71 goals scored, while Mogbwemo Queens have netted 44 goals and remain defensively solid, conceding just 7 goals the lowest in the league.


At the other end of the table, Malema Queens have conceded the highest number of goals (49), closely followed by Ascentonians Female FC with 48 goals conceded.


Mogbwemo Queens are currently the most consistent side in the league, having won 13 of their 14 matches. Ram Kamara Female FC remain within striking distance with 12 wins from the same number of games.


Meanwhile, the relegation zone is occupied by Malema Queens in 11th place and Ascentonians Female FC in 12th, as both sides continue to struggle for survival.


With several matches still to play, the race for the title and the battle to avoid relegation are expected to intensify in the coming weeks.
